Collection: Auburn University Sorority Bid Day Boxes
PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER:
Have a freshman girl rushing at Auburn University this fall? Spoil her with a special gift! We've partnered with Auburn University Panhellenic to gift your incoming freshman a curated package specific to their sorority bid. In the early morning hours of bid day, we receive the top-secret bid list and go to work packaging your gift. All you have to do is preorder the desired bid day package and complete the checkout process, we do the rest!
Checkout Process:
After adding the desired bid day package or packages to your cart and selecting "Checkout", choose the Delivery Method "Ship". 
If you are purchasing for more than one potential new member, you will have to checkout separately for each gift.
During the checkout process please put the PURCHASERS information under Billing Information and the RECIEPENTS information under Shipping Information.
If you would like to add a special gift message, please do so in the note section at checkout.
Please Select Bid Day Package Pick-Up In-Store as the shipping option.
No packages will be shipped. All packages are In-Store Pick-up ONLY.
Your payment will be charged at the time of purchase.
In-Store Pick-Up:
All Pre-Ordered Packages will be available for in-store pick-up on August 13th at Lily Jane Boutique after bids have been announced. We cannot release packages until AFTER all bids have been released. To pick up your package, simply show us your ID matching the purchaser or recipient, order confirmation email, or order number at our store.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to notify the recipient of the gift. Gifts will be available for pick-up 30 minutes after bids have been released on bid day August 13th. All packages not picked up on bid day will be available for pick-up on August 14th from 10 am - 4 pm or during normal store hours.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to notify Lily Jane Boutique if the potential new menber decides to discontinue Auburn University Panhellenic Rush during the rush week for an expedited refund. Otherwise, all refunds will be processed 7-10 days AFTER bid day.
No packages will be shipped. All packages are In-Store Pick-up ONLY.
If you are wanting to purchase a package for a different college or university, the remaining packages will be available for sale Tuesday, August 16th.
Due to the nature of Lily Jane Boutique not knowing how many packages will be purchased per sorority, there is a chance products will sell out. In this case, the recipient will receive a note as part of their package that states what item is missing and when it will be available for pick-up. The fulfillment process will be completed in the order your package was purchased. It is in your best interest to purchase as soon as possible. Please also note that all items will vary depending on the sorority bid received. Packages ordered are generic and will be customized depending on the sorority bid received.
