• What's A Bid Day Package?

A Bid Day package is a fun surprise to celebrate her Bid at the end of recruitment. It has become a tradition at most colleges and universities for girls to receive a package of fun goodies personalized with their new letters. These packages are usually received on Bid Day or the following week. 

• How Does It Work If I Don't Know The Sorority Yet?

If this is for Auburn University recruitment, select Auburn University Bid Day when purchasing. Select OTHER to pre-order your package if this is for another college/university recruitment. You will be responsible for notifying us of the sorority bid given. 

For Auburn University students, we will be notified of the bid she receives well in advance and prepare your package. Packages will be available for pick-up after the bids are released on bid day for Auburn University.  

• How Do I Order A Bid Day Package?

Simple! Select the package you would like to purchase and checkout!  In the options of each package:

Select AUBURN UNIVERSITY to Pre-Order for Auburn University Bid Day

Select OTHER to Pre-Order for another College/University Bid Day

Select the appropriate Sorority if you already know!

It's that easy! 

• What If She Discontiues Rush And I Did A Pre-Order? 

No worries! We will happily cancel and refund your order if you prefer. We recommend receiving store credit instead of a refund so you can still treat her to something special. After all, she took the first big step in college by putting herself out there and trying something new! 

The purchaser must notify Lily Jane Boutique if the Potential New Member decides to discontinue Panhellenic Rush during the rush week for an expedited refund. Otherwise, all refunds will be processed 7-10 days AFTER Bid Day for Auburn University orders.

• How Do I Let You Know Which Sorority She Joined?

If she is NOT participating in Auburn University Sorority Recruitment, and you selected OTHER at checkout, please email (hello@lilyjaneboutique.com) or call (334-521-7103) to inform us of her Bid. If you do not call or email us, we will have no way of knowing, causing a delay in the fulfillment of your order. 

If she is participating in Auburn University Sorority Recruitment, and you selected AUBURN UNIVERSITY BID DAY at checkout no need to do anything else. In that case, you DO NOT have to notify us of her Bid. 

• What Is The Processing Time? 

For Auburn University, pre-ordered packages will be available on bid day. You can pick up your package immediately following bid releases. 

For all other college/university pre-orders, once we are notified of her Bid, we will begin preparing your order and shipping it out ASAP. If you select local pick-up at our Auburn, Alabama store, it will be ready within 24 hours. Need it sooner? Please give us a call! 

Already know her Sorority? We will prepare your order ASAP and get it shipped out. Our standard shipping is 3-5 business days. If you select local pick-up at our Auburn, Alabama store, it will be ready within 24 hours. Need it sooner? Please give us a call! 

• Do You Deliver Locally?

At this time, we do not offer local delivery to Auburn University, but will happily make exceptions for out-of-state families.

• Can I Purchase For More Than One Potential New Member? 

Yes! Please check out separately for each order. 

• Do You Ship To Other Schools? 

Absolutely! For all other college/university pre-orders, once we are notified of her Bid, we will begin preparing your order and shipping it out ASAP. If you select local pick-up at our Auburn, Alabama store, it will be ready within 24 hours. Need it sooner? Please give us a call!

• What Is Your Bid Day Return Policy? 

Our return policy is 7 days after Bid Day for packages already received for store credit. If she discontinues rush and you place a pre-order, we will offer you the option for a refund or store credit.
