Return Policy

Need to make a return? Lily Jane Boutique happily accepts returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Simply call or email us to start your return. You can also start your return by requesting one through your online customer portal.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return. All discounted and sale items are FINAL SALE. All SEASONAL OR HOLIDAY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

  • Once your return is approved, items must be returned within a 14-day time frame. Meaning, the item must be back in hand to us within 14 days of purchase including allotted shipping times.

    • The customer is responsible for all shipping fees to return the item. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged returns. 

    • Once we receive your return, please allow 5 days for us to process your store credit to your account.

    • Returns will be issued as a store credit on whichever platform the item was purchased. If purchased in-store or on our Shopify website, your store credit will be issued there. If you purchased through our CommentSold App, your store credit will be issued there.
