Shipping

All packages will be provided with tracking information once package is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours before tracking is available. Shipping may take 5-7 business days depending on location. Lily Jane Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen please contact USPS prior to contacting Lily Jane Boutique for assistance. If you select "Earring Only Shipping" for an item that is not Earrings, you WILL be invoiced for the additional cost of the shipping. This amount must be paid before your order is shipped.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
