BID DAY 2025

War Eagle! We’re thrilled you are choosing Lily Jane Boutique to celebrate your New Member and make sure it's the best Bid Day possible! As an Auburn alum-owned business, we know how chaotic Bid Day can be, and we are grateful for the opportunity to make it as seamless as possible for you and your New Member!  

You asked and we listened! After years of experience here at Lily Jane Boutique, where we have offered Bid Day packages, we have received many requests to curate your own package. This year, all of our items are sold a la carte. This means you can buy just a trucker hat OR every sorority offering. The intensity of the package is up to you! You have the opportunity to create a package that fits your new member BEST! 

WHEN TO ORDER:  There is NO cutoff date for ordering packages, but item availability varies per sorority throughout the summer and packages will be processed in the order that they are received. So hurry and place your order! 

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER:

  • STEP 1 - Review all Bid Day 2025 offerings. Add all Bid Day items of your choosing to your cart. If there is anything on our website that is NOT on our Bid Day 2025 tab, feel free to add it to your cart with the rest of the items going in your package. These items will be added to the package for Bid Day Package pick-up. We prefer for you to order your package online, but are happy to assist you in-store or over the phone if that is your preference. 

  • STEP 2 - At checkout, please select the Bid Day Package shipping option. These orders will not be shipped, nor will you pay for shipping, but this is the easiest way for us to track your order. 

  • STEP 3 - Under customer information, please enter the recipient's information in the Delivery section. Please enter your information under Billing. This shipping option is only if the New Member is rushing at Auburn. If you are purchasing for another school, please select our $8 shipping option. 


A few things to note:

  • If you are ordering a package for multiple New Members, each order needs to be placed separately. 

  • The following product options are example photos. The product you purchase will reflect the sorority to which your New Member receives a bid.

  • Not rushing at Auburn? No problem! Choose the ‘Other School Bid Day’ option when ordering, and email us the sorority at paisley@lilyjaneboutique.com. We’ll ship the package within 2 days of notification.

  • When you spend $175 or more, you receive a FREE Sorority Overlap Pillow! No code necessary, just add our Sorority Overlap Pillow to your cart before checkout! ($25 value)

HOW TO PICK UP YOUR PACKAGE: You will receive a notification when your package is ready for pickup. 2025 packages will be ready for pickup at our storefront - 1310 Opelika Road, Suite A, B, & C, Auburn, AL 36830, from when bids are distributed until 6 pm on Saturday, August 16th. Due to campus policy, we are unable to deliver to campus on Bid Day. If this is an issue for your New Member, please contact us at paisley@lilyjaneboutique.com so we can explore other accommodations. 

Our Bid Day hours are: 

  • Friday, August 15th, 10 AM-5:30 PM

  • Saturday, August 16th, 10 AM-6 PM

  • Sunday, August 17th, 10 AM-1 PM

RETURNS: All sorority items are FINAL SALE. If your New Member withdraws from recruitment or doesn’t receive a bid, just let us know by Wednesday, August 20th. You can choose either a full refund or we would welcome the opportunity to curate a Welcome to Auburn package of equal value.
