What is a Bid Day Package?

A Bid Day Package is a gift package filled with fun goodies, sorority essentials, and personalized gifts to help celebrate your student's new sorority home on Bid Day! We offer a variety of items to fit different styles and budgets, with exclusive items and add-ons available each year.

How do I order a package?

Ordering is easy! Simply visit the Bid Day 2026 tab on our website, where you'll find step-by-step instructions for curating your package and completing your order.

How do you know what sorority to package it for? Do I need to contact Lily Jane Boutique on Bid Day?

As a trusted Auburn Panhellenic sponsor and partner, we work closely with Auburn Panhellenic throughout Recruitment. When placing your order, you'll provide your student's first and last name that was submitted/used for sorority recruitment registration. By providing this information, it prepares our team to be able to have your order ready as soon as bids are distributed.

How do I receive my package?

Packages are available for pickup at Lily Jane Boutique as soon as bids are distributed on Bid Day. If you need accommodations, please email paisley@lilyjaneboutique.com for further assistance.

What if my student does not receive a bid?

If your student withdraws from recruitment or does not receive a bid, please contact us by Wednesday, August 19, 2026. You may choose either a full refund or we would love the opportunity to curate a "Welcome to Auburn" package of equal value.

Are packages only for Auburn University?

No! While our Bid Day Packages are designed with Auburn students in mind, we can ship packages anywhere in the U.S.. For Students at other universities, you'll simply need to let us know their sorority affiliation on their school's Bid Day so we can personalize the package accordingly. 

When should I order a Bid Day Package?

We recommend ordering as early as possible! Packages are filled in the order they are received, and certain items may sell out as Bid Day approaches. If items become unavailable, we will make thoughtful substitutions of equal or greater value.

Can I build my own package?

Yes! Our Bid Day Packages are completely build-your-own, so you can create the perfect gift for your student. You can make it as "simple" or "over-the-top" as you would like, and you can even include non-Greek items to customize it fully to her style!

Can I leave a personalized note for the recipient?

Absolutely! If you would like to include a note, you can add it in the "Gift Message" box at checkout.

What if I don't know what to order?

No problem at all! Our team can curate a package for you. Just share your budget, and we will hand-pick the perfect items to create a thoughtful Bid Day gift.

How will everything be packaged?

If the recipient receives one of our new sorority tote bags, the items will be packaged inside. If not, everything will be wrapped beautifully in white gift boxes with bows for a clean, festive presentation.

Can returns or exchanges be made?

All of our sorority items are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or returns may be made of Greek products.
